- Maintained multi-million dollar satellite communications terminals and associated equipment via preventive maintenance inspections and repair at lowest possible level, using spectrum analyzers, frequency generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, dummy loads, and other test equipment
- Trained new airmen on communications equipment, related test equipment, usage of associated manuals and technical orders, and usage of maintenance database
- Wrote squadron.s detailed monthly maintenance reports and maintenance plans; developed webpages to distribute these documents; presented them to squadron commander
- Chosen by squadron commander of over three hundred personnel as Airman of the Year for 2004 as well as Airman of the Quarter (Fourth Quarter, 2003) and Airman of the Month (multiple)
- Earned two Air Force Achievements medals for outstanding achievement and meritorious service
